Palmetto Exterminators has always met the needs of our home. They are always on time, willing to work with what we need, and so kind. I love that I get to talk to a person when scheduling appointments and not just a robot. They are always so positive.

I've used them for years for my mosquito and regular pest maintenance. They show up when they say they will, do what they say they'll do, and don't charge an exorbitant amount to do it. They'll also respray for mosquitoes if needed between services. Austin left me a funny joke on my last door hanger—something about mosquitoes having musky toes… this is why I'm not a standup… but Palmetto does a standup job!

I was happy with the attention to detail that was given as I was informed that there was a little puddle in my crawlspace that I wasn't aware of, and obviously has nothing to do with the termite treatment. Excessive rain brought in hordes of roaches...uh, palmetto bugs. After treatment, said hordes are graciously dying. Tech told me they would return for a booster treatment if necessary. Staff very responsive.

I called Palmetto for a problem in the attic. They were at my house within 24 hours and treated the attic. They then treated the rest of the interior and checked the crawlspace. Their thorough attention to my home is appreciated. That's the reason I have a yearly contract with them to service every aspect of pest control. I can't recommend Palmetto highly enough to every homeowner in the Cornelius area who may suffer pest issues at various times throughout the year.

Just wanted to share why I use your company: Will from the Walterboro office is my rep. He called my home this morning before heading out to my home; I assume I was his first client of the day. I love this courtesy. He uses GREEN products inside my home at my request, and without hassle. Will always explains to me what's in them, and after double checking the information packet decides not to use the product around our new family pet. A Bearded dragon named Belladonna, who eats crickets! I am so thankful that he is so thorough.
