I am very pleased with palmetto exterminators, I have had them take care of me for 20yrs now and if I see a bug, they will be out the next day or two, I have only seen a live one a few times in all that time. The service techs are very professional and right on time. I also have my yard sprayed for fire ants and after a rain they sometimes still appear, but again, right after them is their motto.

ALWAYS prompt, professional and effective! Any time there has been a scheduling conflict, due to rain or my schedule, it has been quickly resolved and rescheduled. Communication is excellent! I recommend to everyone I know. I couldn't be happier!

This company is awesome They are at your house when they say they will be there and they do exactly what they say they will do Their service people are very friendly I have been their customer for 4 years now and they never disappoint.

Great place for your termite needs. Our business with them only consisted of continuing a termite bond already established with previous owners. But their prices were so good, there wasn't much need for quotes from other companies. They always answered the phone during working hours, and they were always friendly.

One season we had problems with termites in our flower beds due to the mulch we were using- they came and sprayed for no extra cost (from our bond.) These beds were further from our house than our contract included and I know now they weren't obligated to do so for free. BUT THEY DID! It eased my mind to make me a happy customer!

They also sprayed my yard one year when TICKS were out of control!!! It cost me a fraction of what it would have cost me to buy the same product or a some similar product from Lowe's or home Depot. This was because I was their customer. Customer service is so important- and THIS COMPANY GETS IT!!! 5 STARS!
