I have used Palmetto Exterminators for 20 years. I have never had a problem. If we have excessive rain and a bug is seen inside, Palmetto has come between set times to prevent bigger issues. My favorite besides the routine is the tick and flea each spring. Works the greatest. Three dogs and two humans with no issues!!! They maintain termite bond as well.

Chris from Palmetto Exterminators came out with another technician named Anthony to do an inspection and perimeter treatment of my house for termite service. They went through every room and closet inside and outside my home and checked out everything with a flashlight even though it was daytime. They asked me questions and gave me tons of advice on how to stay up to date and how to proactively search for signs of termites, explaining all the different ways they can get in and what to look out for as well as where to look. It's hard to find great service these days and these guys did a very thorough job. They were completely professional and extremely knowledgeable.

We were really blown away by Palmetto Exterminators first visit to our home this week. We recently switched from one of the big nationally known companies after experiencing poor, ineffective service. We didn't realize just how slack our last exterminator was until Palmetto Exterminators came out. Informative, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
